Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association's 2008 Technical Exhibition will be held at the Hotel Sierra (formerly Regency Suites) and KI Convention Center in Green Bay, WI on September 30 and October 1, 2008. This state of the art facility provides all of the amenities for you to stay and attend WHEA's activities and show, all while enjoying the convenience of staying in one facility.

 

With your booth reservation you will receive: a 10'x10' booth, an 8' skirted table, two side chairs, a 110v outlet, a 2007 WHEA Directory, vendor and attendee listings, lunch and an invitation to attend Tuesday evenings Open House social hour. Each booth reservation allows three (3) exhibitor attendees per booth and Open House activities. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased for a $15 dollar per exhibitor fee. Fee is payable at the Exhibitor registration area at the time of the show. Cash or Credit Card will be accepted. WHEA gives out numerous attendee and exhibitor door prizes throughout the show. Individual company door prizes aren't mandatory, however feel free to bring them if you wish to. Each booth is provided with a special WHEA container for business card collection for company door prizes or referrals.

 

Coffee and rolls are provided Wednesday morning at the show.

 

Special WHEA room rates are available for vendors staying at the Hotel Sierra (formerly Regency Suites) by mentioning the WHEA Conference to the hotel. There will also be a block of discounted rooms available at the Holiday Inn City Centre if needed.

 

Parking is available in the Madison Street and Main Street Ramps.

 

We anticipate 175-200 attendees present and 140 companies presenting at this year's show.
