ONLY ONLINE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

FEES AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES::
The full conference registration fee is $275.00. This fee covers the cost of educational programs, program materials, handouts, breaks, noon luncheons, annual banquet, and special events. A one day registration fee option is offered for $135 if you wish to attend only one of the four-day educational seminars. This one day fee does not include special event passes or banquet tickets. The spouse program fee is $50.00 and includes special programs and outings, entrance to special conference activities and a banquet ticket. All fees to be received by September 16, 2008. A non-refundable charge of $50 will be retained for any cancellation received after September 16, 2008. All cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 920.779.9529. No refunds will be made after the conference has started. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased at the conference for accompanying guests.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:
An early bird registration discount will be offered as an incentive to register early. There will be a $40 discount if you register and pay prior to July 25, 2008. Register and send in your payment before July 3, 2008 and you will be eligible for a special drawing. If your name is drawn you will receive free lodging for the entire conference at the Hotel Sierra (formerly Regency Suites) in Green Bay.
