The WHEA annual conference will provide you with valuable information on current topics which are important and of concern to persons responsible for areas of facility management and operation. In addition to the educational programs provided, you will also be given the opportunity to enjoy the Green Bay area during free time with an opportunity to visit and talk with other registrants.





SPECIAL EVENTSThe 2008 Annual Conference special events are planned to give you the opportunity to network professionally and socially with peers.


 Annual Technical Exhibition — This exhibition will provide you with an update on all of the latest technology in the health care engineering field with a chance to meet many of the fine firms that provide goods and services to the healthcare facilities of Wisconsin.

 

Conference Open House Social Evening — This social event is an evening of relaxed conversation with the emphasis on renewing friendships and making new ones. Members and guests, retired members and guests, and registered vendors are invited.

 

The Annual Banquet and Awards Program is always a wonderful evening -- often planned around a special theme for the conference -- filled with award presentations, guest speakers, lively entertainment and surprises.

 

Fees and Registrations  The full conference registration fee of $275 covers the cost of educational programs, program materials, handouts, breaks, noon luncheons, annual banquet, and special events. A one-day registration fee of $135 is offered.  This one-day registration does not include special events passes or banquet tickets. The spouse program $50 fee includes programs planned for spouses, entry into the Tuesday Open House and Wednesday's Technical Exhibition and a banquet ticket. All fees to be received by September 16, 2008.   A non-refundable charge of $50 will be retained for any cancellation received after September 16.  All cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 920.779.9529. No refunds will be made after the conference has started. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased at the conference for one day registrants and/or accompanying guests.  

   

Early Bird Registrations  An early bird registration discount of $40  is offered as an incentive to register and pay before July 25.  If you register and pay before July 3,  you will be eligible for a special drawing. If your name is drawn, you will receive free lodging for the entire conference at the Hotel Sierra (formerly Regency Suites) in Green Bay.
