2008 Committee Structure

Much of the work of the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association is accomplished through the efforts of its committees.  Many more hours are spent outside of scheduled meetings by the Committee Chairpersons and individual committee members, who work hard to make our state association a strong partner in our professional development.  The State Board includes the following standing committees for 2008.

Bylaws Committee
William Best - Chair

A chairman has been appointed yearly to be responsible for reviewing the state association's bylaws for compliance by the association.  If changes are required, additional members are selected from the membership to serve on this committee.  A Review process is made and recommendations are forwarded to the board.  After the board has approved the final draft of the bylaw changes, a vote of the membership must be obtained by either a mailing or assembly, such as at the annual conference.  Inquiries regarding the bylaws should be made to Bill Best 262.928.2233, wbest1@ww.rr.com
