The Healthcare Construction Certificate is a one-day seminar designed for contractors and hospital construction supervisors to provide knowledge of many issues pertaining to construction in a healthcare environment. The attendee will receive a certificate of attendance, hard hat decal, wallet-size proof of certificate and a binder with a copy of the presentation slides.
Starting in 2008, WHEA's HCC Program Certificate is valid for a period of three (3) years from date of issue. Follow this link to Renewable Process Details.

Program Presenters
Jeff Eckstein, AIA, ASHE, Mortenson Construction, Brookfield. Jeff is a registered architect and Healthcare Project Development Manager for Mortenson. He has over 20 years experience in healthcare planning, design, and construction. He is also co-chair of the WHEA Code Committee and WHEA Chapter I Secretary.
Marge McFarlane, PhD, CSHP, HEM,
is currently the Wisconsin Hospital Preparedness Program Exercise (HSEEP) Coordinator and part time Safety Coordinator at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Marge is a member of the WHEA Code Committee.
Bob Dubiel, CHFM, ASHE has had 20 years in healthcare. 15 years at Luther Midelfort, Mayo Health as Director of Construction/Projects Services. Bob has been a member of ASHE for 15 years and is a member of the WHEA Code Committee.
