The Project Manager oversees the design, construction, equipment purchases and occupancy for facility projects implemented in MCHS-Franciscan Healthcare facilities in La Crosse. Responsible for establishing project budgets and achieving the cost, schedule and quality objectives of projects as assigned by the Department Director or the Regional Chair. Works proactively with internal and external groups to successfully manage change from project inception through occupancy, including initiation, programming, internal approvals, design, regulatory approvals, construction and occupancy.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture with minimum of five years of construction project management experience. Or, other Bachelor’s degree with eight years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
