This Advanced HCC comes with a prerequisite of currently holding a Healthcare Construction Certificate. If you aren’t sure if you have a current certificate, go to the Education tab and to the HCC Renewal dropdown. There’s a link on that page to the list of certificate holders. If your name is on the list, you are eligible to take this course, not matter what your expiration date is. This course will renew your current HCC for an additional 3 years.

This year’s Advanced Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) program is titled “Advanced Construction in Healthcare Facilities Workshop”, and is an 8- hour educational program conducted by ICRA Solutions. This program will provide you with resources and knowledge to help you attain a higher level of AHA certifications to prove you have the background to work safely in a healthcare environment. To obtain a complete understanding of the Infection Control Risk Assessment Program required to complete work in a hospital as well as the necessary means to maintain compliance with Joint Commission, DNV and National Fire Protection Association Standards during the construction process. This workshop will provide an emphasis on the CHC Exam resources as well as practice test questions.

Due to Covid 19 recommendations for social distancing, ICRA Solutions will be running the training virtually using the ZOOM platform.

This Advanced Healthcare Construction Certificate course can be considered the next step up to WHEA’s Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) program. This seminar will be of interest to all contractors, their construction supervisors, facility managers and the staff of the engineering and maintenance departments.
