Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association’s 2019 Technical Exhibition will be held at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton, WI on Wednesday, September 18 with an Open House on Tuesday evening, September 17. A complete itinerary including set up times and a form to order additional services will be available at this website in September.
The Fox Cities Exhibition Center is a state of the art facility that is attached via skywalk to the Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley which will provide all of the amenities for you to stay and attend WHEA’s activities and show, all while enjoying the convenience of a vibrant downtown.
With your booth reservation you will receive: a 8’x10′ carpeted booth, an 8′ skirted table, two side chairs, a 110v outlet, a 2019 WHEA Directory, printed conference attendee listings, lunch and an invitation to the Open House held Tuesday evening. Each booth reservation allows three (3) exhibitor attendees per booth and entry into the Open House. You will not register your booth attendees until closer to September and then you will be sent an email asking for the names of those 3 exhibitors. Extra exhibitor booth personnel passes above the 3 included with the cost can be purchased for an additional $50 per person.
As a technical exhibitor, you will be given an opportunity for prize giveaways. Individual company door prizes aren’t mandatory, however feel free to bring them if you wish, remembering that NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the exhibit hall. Each booth is provided with a special WHEA container for business card collection for company door prizes or referrals.
Coffee and rolls are provided the morning of the show.
Special WHEA room rates will be available at the Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley, and other hotels in the area. The Travel and Hotel page link will be open in April.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice must be emailed to WHEA’s Administrative Assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org and a cancellation affirmation email reply must be obtained. A $100 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between August 1st and August 31st. If you cancel between September 1st and September 11th, you will forfeit 1/2 your booth registration fee. All registration fees are non-refundable after September 11th, 2019. No shows are non-refundable. Fees are non-transferable.
