To order electricity in your booth, go to page 8 of this service packet. Important: if you arrive at the show and did not request electricity, you will be required to pay GBES $175. If you need to ship items, all deliveries MUST be delivered to the warehouse prior to 9/18/2025.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice must be emailed to WHEA at info@whea.com and a cancellation affirmation email reply must be obtained. A $100 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between August 19 and September 2. If you cancel between September 3 and September 16, you will forfeit 1/2 your booth fee. All registration fees are non-refundable after September 17. No shows are non-refundable. Fees are non-transferable.
