Finance Committee

This committee comprised of officers of the association, is chaired by the association President. Other members are the past president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. Their responsibilities are: a) monitor and make decisions concerning investments of the WHEA funds in no-risk interest bearing accounts; b) review and negotiate all WHEA contracts and make recommendations to the board; c) approve all fees to be charged for services rendered; d) establishment and monitoring of the accounting system for WHEA that uses acceptable accounting standards; e) audit the WHEA books of accounts annually.
