In COVID-19

An important tool for preventing the spread of COVID-19 is the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers who come into close contact with individuals who are infected. Unfortunately, PPE is in critical short supply throughout the nation.

One strategy to conserve PPE is decontamination and reuse. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey to help the State Emergency Operations Center understand current decontamination operations.

The SEOC has developed a survey to collect information about PPE decontamination. This survey will help the SEOC understand the current state of PPE decontamination and identify opportunities for expansion.

This survey is for:

  • Agencies that use PPE
  • Agencies that are decontaminating PPE
  • Agencies or businesses that have equipment that may be used for decontamination

We ask that your agency complete this survey by 10 a.m., Thursday, April 16.

We expect the survey to take 10-15 minutes.

Please note, completing this survey does not require your agency to share its available resources or guarantee your equipment will be used for decontamination processes.
