Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association’s 2021 Technical Exhibition will be held at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, WI on Wednesday, September 22 with an Open House on Tuesday evening, September 21. A complete itinerary including set up times and a form to order additional services will be available at this website in September of 2021.

The La Crosse Center is located in the heart of the downtown La Crosse, nested on the banks of the Mississippi River.

This convention hall and arena was originally built in 1980. In the spring of 2000, the La Crosse Center nearly doubled in size with a $14 million expansion. The new project features two grand halls that combine for 36,000 square feet. The second floor hosts a 6,000 square feet Ballroom that has a spectacular view of the Mississippi River. Adjacent to the Ballroom are three boardrooms and a conference room. The entire complex provides nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space.

The La Crosse Center has become a premier facility in the Midwest as a convention site and an entertainment destination.

With your booth reservation you will receive: a 8’x10′ carpeted booth, an 8′ skirted table, two side chairs, a 110v outlet, a 2021 WHEA Directory, printed conference attendee listings, lunch and an invitation to the Open House held Tuesday evening. Each booth reservation allows three (3) exhibitor attendees per booth and entry into the Open House. You will not register your booth attendees on the website, an email will be sent separately asking for the names of those 3 booth attendees in September. Extra exhibitor booth personnel passes above the 3 included with the cost can be purchased for an additional $50 per person.

As a technical exhibitor, you will be given an opportunity for prize giveaways. Individual company door prizes aren’t mandatory, however feel free to bring them if you wish, remembering that NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the exhibit hall. Each booth is provided with a special WHEA container for business card collection for company door prizes or referrals.

Coffee and rolls are provided the morning of the show.

HOTEL INFORMATION: Lodging is not included in your registration fee. You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room(s). Special WHEA room rates will be available at various hotels around the conference center by late April. For available hotel rooms, go to the Travel and Hotel Information webpage under the Annual Conference tab for a link to their websites.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice must be emailed to WHEA’s Administrative Assistant at info@whea.com and a cancellation affirmation email reply must be obtained. A $100 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between August 2 and August 17. If you cancel between August 18 and September 5, you will forfeit 1/2 your booth fee. All registration fees are non-refundable after September 6, 2021. No shows are non-refundable. Fees are non-transferable. For your booth to be guaranteed, all registration fees must be paid for 2 weeks in advance of the technical exhibition or once all the booths are sold, whichever comes first.
